Rachel Jessey MSc
Nutritional Therapist with special interest in Quantum Biology
Rachel Jessey obtained her master’s degree in Personalised Nutrition and is the Founder of BeNourished Healthcare Ltd. She is a specialist nutritional therapist supporting people living with Long Covid, ME/CFS, MCAS, Dysautonomia and complex chronic illness to rebuild resilience from the ground up. Her work blends personalised nutrition, quantum biology, circadian and mitochondrial health, microbiome‑focused strategies, and nature‑based practices for people whose lives and identities have been disrupted by long‑term symptoms.
Alongside her clinical practice, Rachel is the resident Nutritional Therapist at The Long Covid Clinic, headed by Dr Binita Kane, where she collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals through post‑viral recovery and ME/CFS. Rachel is Head of Education for Molecusan UK and delivers education on targeted botanical formulations that support energy, immune balance, and recovery in complex cases. She is a scientific advisory board member for the Long Covid 19 Foundation and a member of RAPID (Research Alliance for Post‑Infectious Diseases), contributing to emerging, clinically relevant research in post‑infectious and spike‑related illness. Rachel previously held a three‑year scientific advisory and research role with a quantum biotech company, an experience that first drew her into exploring how quantum physics might shape human biological systems and laid the groundwork for her ongoing research in quantum biology.
On top of her professional endeavours Rachel is a keen forager and runs an allotment, she has made an effort since the pandemic hit to learn how to become self-sufficient and also makes her own herbal remedies to support her health and the health of her family. Education is a core part of Rachel’s mission. She loves to share her knowledge with patients and practitioners, speaks at events, and creates programmes to raise awareness of powers of natural therapies.
